Founded in 2021 as Mortgages with Hannie, we started with a laptop, a dining table, and a firm belief that the mortgage industry needed a shake-up.
Today, we're a tight-knit team of passionate advisers who've helped hundreds of families across the UK find their homes - including many who were told it wasn't possible.
We simplify the complex, fight for the underdog, and treat every client's property dream as if it were our own.

We're based in the heart of Yorkshire, but we advise clients across the UK or Expats. Come in for a coffee, or jump on a video call - whichever suits you best.

When we rebranded from Mortgages with Hannie to Hannie & Co Financial, it wasn't just a name change - it was a statement. The same trusted expertise, now with the team, the infrastructure, and the ambition to serve even more clients.
